Situated on 26 acres, Blakeley BoatWorks is a full-service shipyard focused on new construction and marine repair projects. With our 1,900-short-ton capacity floating dry dock and a 660-short-ton Travelift, Blakeley BoatWorks has a professional and skilled workforce who is committed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Services

We service customers from multiple industries, ranging from inland river push boats, ship-assist tugs, offshore vessels, marine research vessels, and dinner cruise boats. Our team can also perform barge repair and topside work, in addition to in-field services. In-house services include steel, pipe, carpentry, blast and paint, HVAC, exhaust insulation, and maritime mechanics. 

Our Maintenance team performs scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs and service to all types of equipment and facilities. They can perform repairs at our facility and are fully equipped to travel around the nation for offsite services.  

Our Technicians specialize in the maintenance and repair of marine diesel engines and marine reduction gearboxes. 

Our Electricians are capable of troubleshooting and repairing marine and industrial equipment, control systems, as well as generator repair, wheelhouse electronics, navigation systems, electric winches, and searchlights.

Facility

Four covered fabrication shops minimize weather disruptions to production and increase efficiency.

Blakeley BoatWorks can support up to 15 vessels in the shipyard at a given time.
